No Refunds Policy

All purchases, bookings, or session registrations made via the Inneryatra mobile application or official website are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and payment is successfully processed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Inability to attend a session
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Technical issues on the user's side

Session Transfers & Rescheduling

While refunds are not permitted, we may allow rescheduling sessions under certain conditions and with prior notice. Please contact our support team at info@inneryatra.com at least 24-48 hours before your scheduled session to request a reschedule. Approval is subject to availability and discretion.

Technical Issues

In the event of a technical issue originating from our side that prevents the session from taking place, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
